Big Day for Butler in 8-1 Keystones Win
Jake Butler knocked in 3 runs to help Philadelphia beat Houston, 8-1. The left fielder collected 2 singles, 1 double, and 1 home run. The Comets, now 50-48, have lost 4 in a row.

Andy Parker had a big 2-run home run for the Keystones in the bottom of the first inning. With Philadelphia leading 1-0 and a runner on 3rd, he sized up a cutter from Joe McCarthy, who finished 3rd in the FA in ERA with 2.48 last year, and punished it. The result was his 8th home run of the season, which put the Keystones on top, 3-0.

"We took it on the chin tonight," said losing manager Glenn Carney.
