Chiefs Rally Late to Clip Boston
The Chicago Chiefs got a stellar effort from pitcher Nate Carr, helping Chicago score a win over the visiting Boston Minutemen, 3-2. Chicago has now won 3 straight, while the Minutemen have lost 3 in a row.

The game was decided with one out in the bottom of the ninth. With Chicago trailing 2-1, Bob Smith hit a sinker from Bud Shireman to left for a 2-run single. Just like that, the Chiefs had a walk-off win.

"The ending was a real humdinger," Smith told reporters after the game.
