| Kings Deal Arrows 5-4 Defeat | A nice crowd turned out for a clash between the Seattle Kings and Milwaukee Arrows.
The Seattle Kings defeated the Milwaukee Arrows, 5-4, at Lakefront Park. Seattle second baseman Sam Barnes had a superb performance. He went 4-4 with 2 doubles, 2 singles, and a walk. He scored 2 times. Seattle has run its win streak to 4 consecutive.
Jesse Walker, who finished 4th in the FA in home runs with 26 in 1969, contributed to the Seattle win with a run-scoring walk in the top of the second. For the game, the third baseman had 2 hits in 4 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 1 run scored, and 3 runs batted in.
