| Chicago Rallies to 4-3 Win | Walter Huckaby had a good game, but he could not keep the Boston Minutemen from falling, 4-3, to the Chicago Chiefs at Whitney Park. The Boston shortstop went 3-4 with a home run and 2 singles. He scored 2 times and drove in 2 in the loss. The loss drops Boston to 16-11.
The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the ninth inning, when Chicago right fielder Ricardo Castillo, facing Walt Portelli, had a run-scoring hit-by-pitch. It gave the Chiefs the 4-3 win.
"It was bedlam at the end," Castillo said.
