Dynamos Earn Clutch Win, 10-9
Thompson Field played host to some real drama.

The Detroit Dynamos cut down the Boston Minutemen by the score of 10-9 in 10 innings. Much of the credit went to left fielder Cecil Gregg. Gregg was 6 for 6 with 2 doubles and 4 singles. He scored 2 times and drove in 6 for the Dynamos. The Minutemen have now dropped 5 straight.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the tenth. With one out, Gregg hit a sinker from Carl Potter for a run-scoring single. The Dynamos, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

In postgame remarks, Gregg simply said: "Here's to a great win!"
