Suns Slip Past Houston, 2-1
Los Angeles Suns starter Moe Powell found his groove in his team's 2-1 win over the Houston Comets. The Suns raised their record to 15-9.

Henry Hart was the walk-off hero for Los Angeles. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Suns center fielder hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"Moe made the big pitches when he needed to," said Los Angeles manager Jim Coulter.
