| Chiefs Hope Wins Keep Coming After 6-2 Triumph | The performance of Joe Siniscalchi proved critical in helping Chicago beat Baltimore, 6-2. The Chiefs left fielder hit 2 home runs. He drove in 4 runs and scored twice. Otis Hawkins got the win, improving to 3-3. He held the Clippers to 2 runs on 5 hits over 6.2 innings, while striking out 4 and walking 1. Chicago has a mark of 9-15 after the win.
In the first inning, Siniscalchi had a 3-run home run for Chicago. It was his 5th home run of the season and put the Chiefs on top, 4-0.
"This level of focus will win us a lot of ballgames," Siniscalchi said after the game.
