| Chicago Loses, 2-1, to Baltimore in 11 | The Baltimore Cannons wiggled past the Chicago Blues, 2-1, in 11 innings at Timmons Park. The win was highlighted by the performance of Baltimore pitcher John Ault. After today's action, Baltimore sits at 12-20, while Chicago falls to 17-17.
A defensive lapse proved costly in the contest. With the game tied in the bottom of the 11th, an error by the Blues allowed the Cannons to score the winning run.
"Tough loss," said Chicago manager Mike Dermer. "Tough one to swallow."
