Behind the hitting of Nick Parker, the Dallas Wranglers stopped the New York Imperials, 7-1. Parker slugged 2 home runs. He drove in 5 runs and scored twice for the Wranglers. New York falls to 12-9.

With Dallas leading 2-1 in the top of the fifth, Parker came up to bat against New York pitcher Emmett Thornton. Parker hit a changeup to center for a 3-run home run. His 4th home run of the season put the Wranglers on top, 5-1.

"We've got guys willing to do what it takes to win," Parker told the Dallas Times.
