Kings Earn 3-2 Road Win Over San Francisco | The Kansas City Kings rode a solid performance from 35-year-old starting pitcher Tony Britten to a win, beating the San Francisco Sailors, 3-2, at Golden Gate Stadium. Kansas City, now 19-11, has gotten their season off to a good start.
Hank Williams, who is tied for 2nd in the CA in runs scored with 31, had a direct impact on the outcome. Williams contributed a run-scoring single in the top of the fifth inning to put Kansas City up, 3-2.
