The San Francisco Sailors licked the Montreal Saints, 6-4. Harry Myers deserved a big chunk of the credit. The right fielder went 3 for 4 with 3 singles and a walk for the Sailors. Montreal is 5-14 after the defeat.

Ernie Carter, who is tied for 6th in the CA in doubles with 5, aided the San Francisco cause with a run-scoring walk in the bottom of the seventh. For the game, the third baseman drew 1 walk.
