| Arrows Knock Off San Francisco, 4-3 | The Milwaukee Arrows picked up a win at Golden Gate Stadium, downing the San Francisco Sailors, 4-3. On the mound for Milwaukee was right-hander Norm Sutherland, who played a pivotal role in the win. Milwaukee, at 12-4, is off to a blistering start.
Harry Edwards, who finished 4th in the CA in runs with 101 last year, had a direct impact on the outcome. Edwards contributed a solo home run in the top of the seventh inning to put Milwaukee up, 4-0.
