| Terry Surgical in Toronto Win | The Toronto Wolves picked up a win at Dominion Stadium, courtesy of Stan Terry. The left-hander helped his team stop the Kansas City Mavericks, 2-0. Picking up his 4th save was 24-year old left-handed pitcher Ray Smith. The Mavericks drop to 6-13, as their fitful start to the 1974 campaign continues.
Terry allowed no runs on 6 hits over 8.2 innings for the Wolves. With the win, he is 3-0 with an ERA of 2.43.
"I executed the game plan," said Terry. | |
