Clippers Earn 7-6 Win Versus Comets
No one was more impactful than Clay Roberts in the 7-6 Baltimore win over Houston. Roberts went 3-5 with a home run and 2 singles, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. Baltimore reliever Charlie Platt picked up the win, upping his record to 1-0. Dutch Lane absorbed the loss. The 'W' lifts Baltimore's record to 44-37.

The clutch at-bat in the bottom of the ninth belonged to Roberts. Facing Dutch Lane with runners on 1st and 2nd, the Baltimore second baseman had a run-scoring single. Game over, walk-off style!
