Arrows Earn 7-4 Win Against Saints
The Milwaukee Arrows faced a tough opponent in Montreal pitcher Dave Taylor, but still scratched out a win at Lakefront Park by a final score of 7-4 in 10 innings. Taylor went 7.1 innings and allowed 3 runs. Bud Andrews, who finished 3rd in the FA in saves with 24 in 1967, was the winner in relief. His record is now 7-2. The losing pitcher was Tom Crane. The Arrows now have a record of 43-31.

Milwaukee got a knockout punch from Dennis Miller. The shortstop hammered a 3-run home run in the bottom of the tenth inning to win the game. It might've been his only hit, but it decided the outcome.

Miller said afterward that he was "glad the fans were treated to a good ballgame."
