Cougars Get Extra-Inning, 5-4 Win | Baseball fans saw a good contest between the Chicago Cougars and New York Imperials.
The Chicago Cougars wiggled past the New York Imperials, 5-4, at Dyckman Stadium. The win was highlighted by the performance of Chicago pitcher Hank Walker. Chicago reliever Bob Burdick picked up the win, raising his record to 2-1. Pepper Swanson was tagged with the loss.
