Milwaukee 4-1 Losers to Wolves
The Toronto Wolves locked up a win at Lakefront Park, knocking off the Milwaukee Arrows, 4-1. On the mound for Toronto was right-hander Ray Eddy. He played a major role in the triumph. Toronto now sits at 37-38, while Milwaukee falls to 44-34.

Chick Reed had a big solo home run for the Wolves in the top of the third inning. With Toronto leading 1-0 and the bases empty, he sized up a slider from 32-year old right-handed pitcher Norm Sutherland and punished it. The result was his 2nd home run of the season, which put the Wolves on top, 2-0.

Said Milwaukee manager Randy Hendrix: "They pitched the heck out of us."
