Tice Memorial Stadium II was the site for Continental Association action featuring the Cincinnati Cannons and Toronto Wolves.

Despite a fine performance by left fielder Bonnie Chapin, the Cincinnati Cannons lost to the Toronto Wolves, 11-7. Chapin was 3-3 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2. With the loss, Cincinnati drops to 11-7.

Toronto pitcher Jimmy Pepper contributed a timely at-bat in the top of the third. With two down, he hit a slider to left field for a 2-run single. It was his 2nd hit of the season and put the Wolves ahead, 7-0.

"We've got a great group of guys," Pepper said, "and we're having fun right now."
