Lorang Leads Eagles to 7-1 Win Over Minutemen
The bat of Tom Lorang helped the Washington Eagles top the Boston Minutemen, 7-1. Lorang went 3 for 4 with a home run and a double. He drove in 5 runs and scored once for Washington. The Eagles raised their record to 35-38.

Washington grabbed the momentum in the bottom of the fifth, when Lorang hit a 2-run home run off Johnny Baylor. His 15th home run of the season put the Eagles out in front, 3-1.

"I put some good swings on the ball," said Lorang.
