| Foresters 7-2 Losers to Toronto | The Toronto Wolves picked up a win at Dominion Stadium, downing the Cleveland Foresters, 7-2. On the mound for Toronto was right-hander Don Bradner, who played a pivotal role in the win. With the win over Cleveland, the Wolves improved to 32-36.
Toronto second baseman Phil Story made an impact. He drilled a 2-run single in the bottom of the fourth. In the contest, Story went 2 for 4 with a double. He drove in 2 runs.
