Los Angeles catcher Ed Mooney was sensational. He went 5 for 5 with 5 singles. But it wasn't enough to rally his team to a win. Boston beat the Suns, 6-5, in 10 innings. The Minutemen are now 34-28.

The climactic moment came in the bottom of the tenth for Boston. That's when 29-year old catcher Ed Cole hit a run-scoring double off Jack Meeks to win the game. The home crowd erupted in celebration.

"He who laughs last laughs best," Cole said, postgame.
