Ward Hits 2 home runs in Minutemen Win
The home crowd had a good time watching the Los Angeles Suns and Boston Minutemen get after it.

A 3-RBI performance from left fielder Dick Ward, who is tied for 3rd in the FA in triples with 4, led the Boston Minutemen to a win over the Los Angeles Suns, 7-2. Boston is now 20-32, Los Angeles 35-21.

Early in the game, Ward had a 2-run home run for Boston. It was his 11th home run of the season and put the Minutemen on top, 2-0.

"Winning is hard sometimes," said Minutemen manager Dode Edwards. "This one was nice to get."
