Cincinnati center fielder Frank Bradshaw made his presence felt in the 5-4 Cannons triumph over the Dallas Wranglers. Bradshaw was 3-4 with a home run and 2 singles. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. The Cannons saw their win-loss record go to 25-30. At the same time, the Wranglers fell to 25-31.

Billy West, who finished 4th in the CA in on-base percentage with .390 last year, helped out the Cincinnati cause in the top of the fifth inning with a run-scoring sacrifice fly. For the game, the left fielder went 1 for 4.
