At Dyckman Stadium, the New York Imperials and Seattle Kings were greeted by an enthusiastic crowd.

The Seattle Kings captured an easy win, 15-1, over the New York Imperials at Dyckman Stadium. Bob Glowacki led the offensive barrage, going 4-for-6 for Seattle. The winning pitcher was John Howell. He's now 8-1. He went 9 innings, allowing 1 run on 9 hits for the Kings.

Seattle second baseman Hal Franke helped the Kings go up, 3-1, in the top of the sixth inning. With the game tied, Franke hit a 2-run single off New York pitcher Jim White.
