| Wolves Lose Late, 4-3 | The San Francisco Sailors beat the Toronto Wolves, 4-3. San Francisco pitcher and Kansas City, Missouri, native Jim Teal led the way. The winner was San Francisco reliever Bert Alexander, now 5-6. The loser was Andy Masson. The Sailors now have a mark of 25-31.
