| Keystones Win, 1-0, as Ryan Mystifies Washington | Steve Ryan of the Philadelphia Keystones was cool and collected on the mound, leading his club to a shutout victory over the Washington Eagles, 1-0.
"He was mixing his pitches real well and keeping his composure on the mound," Philadelphia manager Dusty Morris said later. "When Steve does that, good things happen."
The right-hander had 2 strikeouts, 3 walks and allowed 4 hits in the win.
