| Los Angeles Takes Association Championship Series in Deciding Game | The Los Angeles Suns and Atlanta Copperheads held nothing back in an entertaining Association Championship Series that went the distance.
In the end, it will be Los Angeles advancing to the World Championship Series, after a 6-3 triumph in the final game at Peachtree Stadium, to wrap up the series 3-2.
The Suns players celebrated jubilantly in their clubhouse after the game, while the scene was one of dismay on the opposing side for the Copperheads.
Larry Hurlbutt was named series MVP for Los Angeles. For the series, Hurlbutt hit .476 with a .478 on-base percentage. He had 1 home runs, drove in 7 RBI and scored 4 runs.
