Burke Hits Two Homers in 6-3 Win for Los Angeles
Behind a solid performance from third baseman Bill Burke, the Los Angeles Suns defeated the New York Gothams, 6-3. Burke went 2 for 3 with 2 home runs and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice for the Suns. The Suns go to 47-71 with the win.

In the bottom of the first, Burke had a 2-run home run for Los Angeles. It was his 10th home run of the season and put the Suns on top, 2-0.

"Feels good to get the job done," Burke said after the game.
