| Stars Beaten By Cannons, 10-1 | The Cincinnati Cannons rode a solid performance from 22-year-old starting pitcher Jack Meeks to a win, beating the Los Angeles Stars, 10-1, at Bigsby Stadium. Meeks yielded 1 run over 8 innings to notch the win. He scattered 5 hits, walked 1, and struck out 2. His record improves to 3-6. The winning streak has now reached 6 games for Cincinnati.
