The Dallas Wranglers spoiled a good performance by Toronto left fielder Sid Cullen, bumping off Toronto, 6-5, at Dominion Stadium. Cullen went 4 for 4 with a double, 3 singles, and a walk, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. The Wranglers are now 21-29, while the Wolves fall to 20-27.

John Miller went 1 for 4 with a walk for Dallas. The 24-year old catcher had a key at-bat in the top of the ninth. With two out and the bases loaded, he broke a 5-5 tie with a run-scoring walk off Dick Miller. It was his 17th walk of the season.

"We'll pop the top on a cold beverage and get back to work tomorrow," Miller said.
