| Imperials 5-2 Winners Versus Chicago | The New York Imperials got a stellar effort from pitcher Don Bradner, helping New York score a win over the visiting Chicago Cougars, 5-2. The win elevated the Imperials to 24-21.
Owen Drake took Chicago hurler Hal Adams deep in the bottom of the first. His 3-run home run put the Imperials on top, 4-1. In all, Drake had 1 single in addition to the home run, while going 2 for 4.
