The Pittsburgh Miners locked up a win at Fitzpatrick Park, knocking off the Minneapolis Millers, 6-4. On the mound for Pittsburgh was left-hander Pat Simon. He played a major role in the triumph. Minneapolis has now lost 5 consecutive games.
