Wranglers Suffer One-Run Loss at Cleveland | Behind an impressive start by Ike Johnson, Cleveland beat Dallas, 3-2. The winner was Johnson. He threw 7.0 innings of 5-hit ball. The loser was Steve Miller. Dallas has now lost 4 consecutive games.
The Foresters got a big at-bat from left fielder Sherry Doyal. For the game, Doyal was 1-4 with a double. In the bottom of the third, with a runner on 2nd, he stroked a run-scoring double. His 3rd double of the season gave Cleveland a 3-2 lead.
