Loss to Kings Extends Cincinnati Losing Streak
The Seattle Kings tallied a win at Seattle Municipal Stadium, throttling the Cincinnati Cannons, 4-2. Starting pitcher John Howell was a big reason for his team's success. The Seattle win streak is now 3 games.

Jack Lucas had a big 2-run double for the Kings in the bottom of the sixth inning. With Seattle leading 1-0 and runners on 2nd and 3rd, he got a forkball from Ace Barrell, who finished 3rd in the CA in wins with 18 last year, and swatted a double to right. It was his 4th double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Kings ahead, 3-0.

"A confident pitcher is a dangerous thing," said Seattle manager Alex Watt. "That's what John is right now."
