| Arrows Handed 6-3 Loss by Chicago | Chicago Cougars starter Pug White was locked-in. He led his team to a win over the Milwaukee Arrows, 6-3. The winner was White. He threw 7.0 innings of 4-hit ball. The loser was Fred Smith. Chicago now sits at 23-22, while Milwaukee falls to 26-13.
With Chicago leading 3-1 in the bottom of the sixth, White hit a 2-run single off Milwaukee hurler Fred Smith. It was the 5th hit of the season for White and put his team ahead, 5-1.
