Tom Hicks impressed in the 5-3 Seattle win over Cincinnati. Hicks, who finished 5th in the CA in on-base percentage with .403 in 1970, went 2 for 3 with a home run, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. Billy Collins got the save, the 10th for him this season. Cincinnati has now lost 4 in a row.
