The Cleveland Foresters beat the Brooklyn Kings, 7-2. Cleveland pitcher and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, native Gordie Irwin led the way. Irwin got the win, improving to 5-3. He allowed 1 hit and walked 3 over 6 innings. Irwin allowed no runs.
