Foresters Win 6-5 Walk-Off
The home crowd had a good time watching the New York Stars and Cleveland Foresters get after it.

The Cleveland Foresters dealt the New York Stars a 6-5 loss at Forester Stadium. Jake Moore was the star on offense. He went 3-4 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. The Foresters sport a record of 19-31.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the 12th. With two out, Moore hit a cutter from Phil English for a solo home run. The Foresters, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

"I hope this win gives us a jumpstart," said Moore.
