| Foresters Bang Out 10-3 Win Versus Brooklyn | Forester Stadium was the site for Continental Association action featuring the Brooklyn Kings and Cleveland Foresters.
The Cleveland Foresters relied on the hitting of shortstop Glenn White to stop the Brooklyn Kings, 10-3. For the game, White went 3 for 4 with 3 singles and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. Cleveland, at 19-26, occupies last place in the Continental Association.
Pat Petty tried to get his team back in the game. With Brooklyn trailing 7-0 in the top of the 6th, Petty hit a bases-clearing double. But the Foresters held on to get the win. "Petty had a good at-bat," said manager Tom Barrell. "We could have used a few more like it."
