Whetzel Throws 4-Hitter En Route to 2-1 Bulls Win
In a low-scoring affair between the Houston Bulls and the Dallas Centurions, pitcher Ed Whetzel was the difference between victory and defeat. The Houston right-hander earned accolades in the 2-1 Bulls win. The win elevated the Bulls to 59-43.
