Knights Lose By a Run at Dallas, 4-3
Dallas starter George Rotondi had a strong outing against the Los Angeles Knights at Centurions Ballpark. The right-hander was a big part of his team's 4-3 win. Rotondi picked up the win for Dallas, going 8 innings. He gave up 3 runs on 7 hits. He now sports a record of 4-10. Mac Watters was credited with the save. He has now successfully converted 9 of 16 save opportunities.

Birdie Jackson drove in one run for Dallas. The 38-year old left fielder had a key at-bat in the bottom of the eighth. With one out and runners on 1st and 3rd, he broke a 3-3 tie with a run-scoring sacrifice fly off Henry Crayton. It was his 19th RBI of the season.

"It all depends on which version of our team shows up," said Jackson. "When we put it all together, I think we're a great team."
