Keystones Drop Dynamos, 8-5
Getting offensive support from Roger Cleaves, the Philadelphia Keystones topped the Detroit Dynamos, 8-5. Cleaves went 2 for 6 with a home run, a double, and was hit by a pitch, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 3 for the Keystones. Philadelphia bumps their record to 52-52 with the win.

Cleaves had a game-changing double in the top of the 13th. On a first pitch changeup from Wally Hunter, he banged a run-scoring double to right, giving the Keystones a 6-5 lead. It was the 17th double of the year for Cleaves.

"Big win," said Cleaves.
