New York Draws Blanks Against Reif
An efficient outing for Wally Reif usually means a win for the Montreal Saints and today was no exception. The 30-year-old right-hander held the New York Stars to a long line of goose eggs. He struck out 5 and gave up 2 hits in the 2-0 shutout.

"Wally really got it done out there today," said Montreal manager Jim Cator.
