Stars 9-3 Winners Versus Cincinnati
The rain did not keep Los Angeles and Cincinnati from finishing their game.

Don Hall left his imprint on the 9-3 Los Angeles win against the Cincinnati Cannons. Hall, who finished 5th in the CA in home runs with 28 last year, went 3-4 with a home run, a double, and a walk. He scored 2 times and drove in 2. The Stars win now puts them at 30-23.

Los Angeles used the clutch hitting of Lou Allen to capture the win. The center fielder drilled a 3-run home run in the top of the seventh inning to put the Stars ahead, 7-3. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a big one.

"If I do my job, we've usually got a good chance to win the game," said Allen.
