Cincinnati Beats Cleveland, 3-0 | The Cincinnati Cannons beat the Cleveland Foresters, 3-0, at Tice Memorial Stadium II. Dallas Berry, in particular, was impressive. He went 2-3 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. Simon Terry, credited with the save, is now 5 for 5 in save opportunities. The last-place Cannons now have a record of 68-85.
The game turned with two out in the bottom of the sixth when Berry hit a run-scoring single. It thrust the Cannons into the lead, 1-0.
