The Chiefs got a big at-bat from catcher Pete Casstevens. For the game, Casstevens was 1-4 with a double. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. In the bottom of the fourth, with the bases loaded, he stroked a 2-run double. His 19th double of the season gave Chicago a 2-0 lead.
