Seattle left fielder Howard Brown Jr. contributed to his team's 4-3 win over the Dallas Centurions. Brown Jr., who finished 4th in the GWL in stolen bases with 18 last year, went 3 for 5 with 1 run scored to lead the offensive attack for the Thunderbirds. Charlie Van Dyke earned the win after being summoned from the bullpen. The right-hander allowed no runs on no hits in 2 innings. His record is now 6-2. The Thunderbirds go to 27-40 with the win.

Seattle used the timely hitting of Austin Moore to seize the win. The second baseman stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the ninth inning to put the Thunderbirds on top, 4-3. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"If you ever get this game figured out," said Dallas manager Brooks Meeks, "let me know."
