Sailors Hand Wranglers 6-3 Loss | The San Francisco Sailors defeated the Dallas Wranglers, 6-3, at Norris Stadium. Heinie Spitler, who leads the CA in runs scored with 26, was a standout performer for San Francisco. His 4 hits included 3 singles and 1 double -- this in addition to the 1 run he scored and 2 he knocked in. Charlie Lawson, who is a two-time All-Star, was the winning pitcher.
