Imperials Edge Past Foresters, 11-10
The New York Imperials downed the Cleveland Foresters, 11-10, in 10 innings at Dyckman Stadium. Roxy Schilling led the way, going 4-for-5 for New York. New York has a mark of 8-11 after the win.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the tenth inning, when New York first baseman Parson Allen, facing Lynn Horn, had a run-scoring walk. It gave the Imperials the 11-10 win.

"Hustle and hard work is a big part of our success," said Schilling. "Those qualities define our team."
