The Chicago Chiefs thumped the Washington Eagles, 10-2, at Whitney Park. Pete Casstevens was a big reason his team got the win. Casstevens belted 3 home runs, while adding 5 RBI and scoring three times. The Chiefs, at 45-52, have now won 4 straight.

Early in the game, Casstevens had a 2-run home run for Chicago. It was his 26th home run of the season and put the Chiefs on top, 2-0.

"We were able to get some things going offensively," said Casstevens.
